one of our favourite photo experts, Sherri Bowen comes to the table with
everything you want to see in your photographer. She has years of experience, a
diploma in her craft, and has trained with several well-known pros in the London
area. As a result, Sherri approaches each wedding with an extensive resource of
her own expertise. Equally important, she feels an emotional investment in your
wedding day. This young woman understands the subtle emotions and moments that can
occur on your day and is always on the lookout for the memory you'd never think
to catch on film. From the detail shots and candid laughs to the family
portraits and contemporary celeb-style poses, Sherri Bowen Photography is
someone we definitely wanted to learn more about...
 Personally speaking...
Sherri has been photographing for over seven years.
"It started when I took a photography course in high school. I just fell in
love. There was no doubt from that time on, what I would do for a career. And
I’ve never regretted it." She graduated from Fanshawe College with a
diploma in photography, and then went on to complete a third year in order to specialize
her craft in
digital photography.
Sherri has worked
alongside several area professional photographers as an assistant. "You can learn a lot from other photographers.
If you’re going to learn, you should learn from the best," Sherri
told us. Even now with an
established photography business of her own, Sherri continues to assist with
other photographers when possible. "If I don’t have a wedding and another photographer needs
help, I’ll assist. I love weddings."...
